Version 1.0 · last updated: 2026-10-28
The website https://snagmend.bardach-technologies.com/ (the "Site") is operated by Bardach Technologies LLC, limited liability company (USA), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (office of our registered agent; our legal and service address) ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the Site. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in always apply in addition and take precedence where they protect you more.
1. What this Site is
The Site describes Snagmend, a product we are planning. The product is not available yet. We use the Site to find out whether people want it before we build it. Registering your interest does not create a contract, costs nothing and does not oblige you to anything.
3. Using the Site
3.1 You may use the Site for your own information. You may not disrupt it, overload it, try to gain unauthorised access to it, or copy its content for commercial purposes.
3.2 The content, design and names on the Site belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you rights in them beyond viewing the Site.
3.3 We may change or take down the Site at any time, in particular when the test ends.
4. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice. The Site uses no cookies; see the cookie note.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law (for example product liability law) provides for it. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
6. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection that the mandatory rules of the country where you live give you. Where the law of that country allows it, you may also bring a claim in its courts.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in force when you use the Site applies. Questions: [email protected].
Adapted from the General Legal website terms of use template (CC0 1.0) for a test page of a planned product: the account, US state notice, indemnity and arbitration sections were removed and a pre-order section was added. It was written from dated primary sources. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
This template was prepared and made publicly available by General Legal, PC ("General Legal"). It is provided for general reference purposes only and does not constitute, and should not be construed as, legal advice, or an endorsement or review of any particular transaction in which it is used. Use of this template does not create an attorney-client relationship with General Legal. General Legal has not reviewed, and takes no position on, any modifications made to this document or the deal terms it is used to document.
